Oolong at ILLUSEUM
ILLUSEUM Tea Room maintains Chinese and Taiwanese oolong in its physical tea selection. Confirmed categories include yancha, Dancong, Da Hong Pao, Tie Guan Yin, Taiwanese high-mountain oolong and GABA tea. Visitors may select tea from the shelves to drink on site or purchase it as loose leaf.
Gongfu preparation
Selected Chinese and Taiwanese teas can be served with a gongfu set, using a teapot or gaiwan together with a thermos. Staff explain the setup when a visitor has not used it before. A separately hosted tea ceremony is available by advance booking.
