ILLUSEUM Tea Room keeps Taiwanese teas on its physical shelves for drinking on site and for retail purchase. Confirmed categories include Taiwanese high-mountain oolong and GABA tea. Individual origins, mountains, cultivars, harvest seasons, roasting and oxidation levels depend on the current tea and must be checked on the label or with ILLUSEUM staff. Selected Taiwanese teas can be brewed at the table with a gongfu set, using a teapot or gaiwan and hot-water thermos. Staff explain the basic brewing sequence when needed.
